To rent equipment from Rentmina, you'll need a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and a credit card for the security deposit. For businesses, we require company registration documents and authorization letter for the representative renting the equipment.
Yes, we offer delivery services throughout Saudi Arabia. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our nearest warehouse location. You can select 'Delivery Available' when searching for equipment to see delivery options and pricing.
A security deposit is required for all rentals, which is typically 20-30% of the equipment value. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in the same condition as when rented, minus any applicable charges for damage or extended rental periods.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for most equipment to ensure availability. For specialized or high-demand equipment, especially during peak construction seasons, 2-3 weeks advance booking is advisable.
In case of equipment breakdown, call our 24/7 support line immediately. We provide free repair or replacement for breakdowns not caused by misuse. Our maintenance team will either fix the equipment on-site or provide a replacement as quickly as possible with no additional cost.
Yes, rental extensions are available but subject to equipment availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date to arrange an extension. Additional days will be billed at the standard daily rate.
